Senior Program Manager
Aviva leads the network’s Clubhouse-to-College/Career (C2C) focus, ensuring youth experiences in the Clubhouse connect to their future opportunities, from post-secondary education to future success and prosperity. Previously within The Clubhouse Network, she managed the C2C Pathways to Success program, one of the initiatives within C2C still under Aviva’s supervision, and before that was the Mentor Program Manager.
Aviva began her career in education as a teacher at a public high school in Brooklyn, NY, and then at a private international school in Lima, Peru. Aviva has also held positions within the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education as well as the New York State Education Department, focusing on teacher and leader effectiveness. Aviva has a B.A. in Literature and Rhetoric from Binghamton University, M.S. for Teachers in Adolescent Education from Pace University, and is fluent in Spanish.
