Youth Leadership Program Manager
As the Youth Leadership Program Manager, Charlotte’s main goal is to amplify the voices of Clubhouse members. She’s dedicated to continuing TCN’s work through creating leadership pathways, supporting activism within the Clubhouses, and organizing impactful leadership summits for youth. Based in Boston, Charlotte brings a passion for supporting young people to know their own power. Formerly an art educator and designer of youth programming, Charlotte’s expertise lies in merging creative expression with youth leadership and youth-led activism.
Charlotte holds an M.Ed. from Lesley University and a B.A. in Visual Arts and Art Education from SMFA and Tufts University. She previously worked in the Somerville public schools, and created out-of-school programs for the Eliot School of Fine & Applied Arts and BRPM, formerly Girls Rock Campaign Boston. She loves serving the youth in her community and is thrilled to get the chance to support young people across the globe at The Clubhouse Network.
