Mentor Program Manager
Jennifer Bourgoin manages the implementation of IMPACTS, an OJJDP-funded program designed to increase mentor participation and engagement. In this role, Jennifer develops training materials for Clubhouse staff and mentors, fosters a community of practice, and implements evaluation and assessment tools and techniques. Jennifer previously worked as a Program Manager at MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership, where she supported the development of research-informed resources for the mentoring field. Jennifer started her career by serving as an AmeriCorps Member for two years at Generations Incorporated, a nonprofit mentoring program that supports the development of youth literacy skills. She currently mentors through the Big Sister program and has been matched with her Little for over four years.
Jennifer holds a B.A. in Political Science and German Studies from Wheaton College and is currently pursuing her M.Ed in Instructional Design at UMass Boston.
