Quality Assurance and Support Program Manager
Jyll Turner has been a long-standing member of the Clubhouse community for almost a decade. She first worked as the Clubhouse Manager at the Gum Springs Community Center in Virginia and later supervised six Clubhouse locations and two other teen technology spaces across Fairfax County. In her new role as Quality Assurance and Support Program Manager, Jyll will provide resources, tools, guidance, and support to Clubhouses across our Network, in collaboration with Geographic Liaisons and in partnership with Clubhouse staff and host organizations. She will work to provide constructive assistance and solutions to ensure every Clubhouse meets its full potential. She is passionate about the development of the Growth Mindset, social responsibility, equity, and creating with purpose. She has been professionally supporting young people for over 15 years, starting in before- and after-care for school-aged children, moving on to health clinics, and finally arriving at The Clubhouse.
