Development Associate
Kylie contributes to capacity building and fundraising efforts as a member of the development team. A former public school teacher, Kylie understands that meaningful learning and growth happen when communities have access to relevant, culturally responsive opportunities, and she works to fund those opportunities through her role at The Clubhouse Network.
Prior to Kylie’s transition to The Clubhouse Network in 2022, she taught high school English and held various leadership roles in New Hampshire and Maine public schools. Her work in education was driven by socially and emotionally informed communication strategies, anti-racist and anti-biased pedagogy, and a strengths-based approach. She transitioned into The Clubhouse Network to be part of an organization that reflects the values and principles she held most strongly as a teacher. She brings a commitment to advocacy, critical thinking, and purposeful collaboration to her work.
Kylie holds a B.A. in English and a minor in Teacher Education from Bates College. She also holds credentials to teach at the secondary level in most of the United States.
