Executive Director
Lisa brings a wealth of leadership experience to the Executive Director position. She is an accomplished and dynamic non-profit executive who has led in the realms of non-profit service, education, and the public sector. Most recently she served as Director of Continuing Education in the Somerville Public School system in Massachusetts, where she led programs supporting non-traditional learners. Lisa has also held leadership roles at the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, Mass Mentoring Partnership, and YouthBuild USA, a non-profit catalytic organization that supports opportunity youth around the world to build the skillsets and mindsets that lead to lifelong learning, livelihood, and leadership.
At YouthBuild USA, Lisa worked collaboratively with program leaders to provide technical assistance for 176 program affiliates focused on workforce development, education, community engagement, and career readiness programming. Lisa also brings private sector and international experience to The Clubhouse Network by leading global staff development and capacity-building programs for Sun Life Financial and Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Lisa holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University, an M.A. in Marketing & Communications from Emerson College, and a Certification of Education Leadership from the Perrone-Sizer Institute for Creative Leadership. She was born in the very Roxbury, Massachusetts neighborhood where the Clubhouse is headquartered and has deep ties to the surrounding community – and to those that share its abundance of young talent amidst a stubborn dearth of opportunities. Her passion for serving young people and their communities matches the Clubhouse mission, and her commitment to centering diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as her leadership track record, will be invaluable as The Clubhouse Network prepares to move into our fourth decade.
