Nicole joins TCN with 30+ years of experience working with young people and within organizations that serve youth. As a youth worker, Program Director, and Administrator, Nicole has been driven by a passion for programming that empowers youth voice, creates opportunity for skill building, promotes high quality experiences, and is grounded in community. Within that realm, the last 13 years have included her design and execution of professional development training models, policy creation and implementation, operational strategy, and a strong track record of developing successful organizational leaders. Through this lens, she seeks to support TCN’s work and its employees, while bringing open ears, an open mind, and an open heart.
She is an occasional poet, an avid Celtics fan, and a beast in the kitchen.
