As Flagship Program and Pathways Manager, Tamara works with Clubhouse youth to explore professional jobs and academic opportunities, build work readiness skills, plan for the future, and realize their potential. Tamara also manages the Clubhouse program for girls and young women. Previously she served with the Commonwealth Corps program at Peer Health Exchange, and was selected as a Raheem Baraka Community Impact Fellow at American Heart Association where she worked with local organizers to address food & nutrition insecurity and other health equity issues in priority neighborhoods of Boston. Tamara is a graduate of Lasell University where she majored in Health Sciences, participated in the Leadership Scholars program, and served on the Executive Boards of multiple diversity-focused student-led organizations on campus.
