Flagship C2C Program Manager @ The Flagship Clubhouse
Jendriana Concepcion supports the Clubhouse to Career (C2C) program here at The Flagship, bringing a strong background in early childhood and middle school education. She holds a B.A. in Early Education from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and has extensive experience working in bilingual, culturally-diverse learning environments all around the city.
Prior to this role, Jendriana served as both a lead preschool teacher and an 8th grade English Language Arts teacher, where she focused on building student confidence, engagement, and critical thinking. Her work has always centered on equity, inclusion, and empowering students to reach their full potential.
In her current role, Jendriana is passionate about helping students explore their interests, set meaningful goals, and connect their academic experiences to real-world opportunities beyond the classroom.
