Associate Director of Strategic Projects
Michelle McElman is the Associate Director of Strategic Projects at The Clubhouse Network, where she works closely with leadership to strengthen organizational planning, advance key priorities, and support collaboration across the Network. She leads a cross-functional team spanning technology, special projects, and TCN’s Flagship Clubhouse, helping connect strategy with the people, systems, and relationships needed to move the work forward.
Before joining The Clubhouse Network, Michelle built a long career at Liberty Mutual, where she led an event marketing team responsible for enterprise-wide programs and experiences. Throughout her career, she has been known for building strong relationships, bringing people together around a shared purpose, and helping teams turn complex ideas into meaningful results.
Michelle studied Business Management and Human Resource Development at Newbury College. She is passionate about mission-driven work and creating opportunities that make a lasting difference for young people and the communities they call home.
