HOW TO ENGAGE IN THE VILLE!
Instructions to access the Teen Summit Culminating Virtual Event in Engage XR
1. Download Engage: Meta Quest version and/or desktop/mobile version (Note: If you’ve already downloaded the app and created an Engage account, skip to step 3)
- Coordinators: You may want to download both versions so that if there are more members that want to join the event than VR headsets are available, there are options for using the Engage space with larger groups.
3. Note: Once you’ve downloaded the apps and logged in for the first time, you’ll be prompted to create an avatar. It’s helpful to do this ahead of time.
4. Once logged in, with your avatar created, follow these steps to enter The Ville:
- From the main menu screen, click on Join Session by ID on the left side
5. When the Join Session by ID dialogue box appears, enter q9mgrd (cap sensitive) into the box. Click JOIN
