INSTRUCTIONS TO PARTICIPATE

If you have already set up your account and used Engage, skip to step #5

1. Download Engage: Meta Quest version and/or desktop/mobile version (you can download both versions so that if there are more members who want to attend the ceremony than there are VR headsets available, you can have the option of members joining on a desktop or mobile devices as well as VR)

2. Make an account

3. Share an email address you would like to register for your Engage Pro account (Jeff and Matt will use the email address you add to this form to upgrade your account from Free to Pro)

4. Once you’ve downloaded the apps and logged in for the first time, you’ll be prompted to create an avatar – be sure to do this  ahead of time. Many of the prestigious attendees of the 2024 Reach Media Festival will be ‘wearing’ their formal evening wear for this red carpet event. Everyone is encouraged to browse the avatar fashion selection and choose a gown, tie, or tuxedo. (Your avatar’s outfit can easily be changed back to casual clothes later.)

5. Once you’ve created your avatar with the email address associated with your new Pro account, go to the login screen and follow these steps to enter The Ville:

• Click Join Session by ID on the left side of the screen:

• When the Join Session by ID dialogue box appears, enter session ID DqgJW (case sensitive) into the box, and click JOIN
