Dear Former Clubhoues Members,
Thank you for staying in touch with us at The Clubhouse Network! We would like to invite you to participate in a unique opportunity. Would you take 10 minutes to complete our survey for alumni? We are seeking your feedback and input on what your local Clubhouse experience meant to you, hear an update on what you are doing now, and what you hope to get from our growing alumni network.
The survey is open to anyone who attended a local Clubhouse and is 19 years old or older!
The survey is being conducted in partnership with Informing Change, a strategic learning and evaluation firm.
